What we do:

We are unique in our narrow focus. We have a 21 member outside sales team and a 17 member inside sales support team. However, we have partnered with only a handful of premier lines in the plumbing and heating industry. At the heart of our company is an entrepreneurial spirit. We have the skill sets to bring new life to a product line and/or drive sales into new and untapped markets. Davenport Associates is the perfect ally to the manufacturer that is looking to revolutionize their place in the North East plumbing and heating market.

Our Associates

The Davenport Associates outside sales team is comprised of goal oriented, motivated, organized athletes (or ex-athletes.) Many members of our sales team have competed nationally or internationally over a myriad of sports and bring that competitive drive to our company. Davenport Associates constantly strives to provide the best sales experience for our customers and our inside Sales team is comprised of highly trained service agents. 

Our Sales team is driven by the "team work pillar" and by uniting in this way, can deliver a level of entrepreneurship which can be honed and focused inwardly to bring new life to established but perhaps stagnant lines. The company culture of team work means we are very "choosy" about whom we add to our team but it also translates into a very low turnover rate. This allows us to invest in our most important asset: our people.

Ryan and Dan Davenport§ 

Davenport Associates is spear headed by Ryan and Dan Davenport. Davenport is unique with the establishment of our collaborative management group that includes Vice Presidents Steve Lally, Rick Bush, Steve Arel and our General Manager, Jeff Laconte.  Our succession plan ensures that manufacturers are partnering with a company prepared for the future and its challenges.
