Sales Force

Our people are "intrapreneurs." They have the skills sets, the tools, and the autonomy to be entrepreneurs. However, they are also driven by the "team concept" and realize that united, that entrepreneurship can be honed and focused inwardly to bring new life to established but perhaps stagnant lines. The company culture of team work means we are very "choosy" about whom we add to our team but it also translates into a very low turn over rate. This allows us to invest in our most important asset: our people. We do not compartmentalize our sales force by manufacturer. All 14 of our outside sales people participate in the sales and marketing for each of our lines. Steve Lally (showrooms) and Don Regan (water systems) work in conjunction with our team in joint call sales efforts. This added level of specialization brings a fresh set of eyes to accounts and gives our manufacturers single source accountability for marketing initiatives.
